A lever is a simple machine that we use to make work easier. To begin, place all of the parts of the lever side-by-side.
Place the fulcrum tag on the triangular piece. The fulcrum supports the lever arm and acts as the pivoting point when the lever is in action.
Place the resistance tag on the brick. The resistance is the load for which the lever is being used to move.
Place the effort tag beside your hand. The effort is where the person or machine is using force to move the resistance.
